Choose How Many Meals Each Day
1. Choose how many meals and snacks you want per day
2. State whether you want your first meal of the day to be a typical breakfast or not (omelettes, smoothies, cereal, yoghurts etc)
Meal Replacement Drinks
Select if you want any of your meals to be replacement drinks or not. Meal replacement drinks can sometimes be useful if you have little time in the morning to cook or if struggle to eat early. They can also be helpful as a post workout session meal.
This option allows you to set your preferred meal sizes if you don’t wish to use our default settings. Example uses can be to set preferences to only look for very small or large breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Set Your Calorie Intake
Calories are the most important determinate of weight gain an weight loss. If you already know how many calories you should be eating you can enter it yourself. However, if you need help you can use our calorie calculator on the meal planner to help you calculate your calorie target.
Set Up Macronutrient Targets
Set up your own custom macronutrient targets or follow one of our preset options. This option is particularly useful for athletes and people that have a very active training schedule with different requirements who may benefit from a highly customized diet plan. It may also be helpful to people with certain medical conditions although we strongly recommend you consult a clinically qualified dietician beforehand.

If you need to have different nutritional requirements for different days of the week you can edit the targets for each individual day using the “Customize Criteria” option found underneath each day of the week in the meal plan summary page. This is useful for creating intermittent fasting diets, carb cycling and other purposes particularly useful to athletes.
