If you see SMARTDIETING.EU/Charge on your credit card statement, you have used your credit card to sign up to Smartdiet. You should have received an email containing your login credentials.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by login to you account and click cancel subscription.
You can also email our support at support@smartdieting.eu, please use the same email as you signed up with.

Once you've cancelled you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are case-dependant, but once you cancel you will never be charged again.
We refund all charges made of our technical error or if you, for a fault of ours, cannot access your login.
We don't have long-term contracts, lock-in, signup or termination fees.

Can I get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail.

Victim of fraud?

If you suspect that you might be a victim of fraud, we strongly recommend you to contact our customer support by email. Registration IPs and customer information will be traced and used for clarification purpose of each case.
